Miete

The German-language legal concept of a conventional rental or lease, principally granting the tenant the right to use premises in return for rent. In hotel transactions, the distinction between Miete and Pacht can be important because Pacht generally extends beyond occupation of the real estate to the right to operate and derive economic benefit from the property.
