Affitto d’azienda

An Italian arrangement for the lease of an operating business rather than simply the underlying real estate. In a hotel transaction, an affitto d’azienda may include the hotel business, along with assets, equipment, employees, licences, goodwill, and potentially the brand, allowing the tenant to take over and operate an existing hotel business.
